-Buck Gobstopper is a heavy bearing "crabpear" pear tree the deer go crazy over. This tree has a consistent and prolific drop time starting 1 October and ending about 15 November. However, I have bucks, does, turkeys, and foxes coming back to check this tree all the way up to 20 December. Buck Gobstopper mother tree completely drops by around 30 November.
*This is a grafted tree on full standard BET pear rootstock, chosen specifically to grow the tree as fast and large as possible. If there was a more vigorous rootstock out there, I would use it.
